SIKESTON -- Boyce Macon Dollar, 67, Sikeston Route 4, died Tuesday, Jan. 10, 1995, at Missouri Delta Medical Center.
He was born April 10, 1927, in Walnut, Miss., son of Samuel Duane and Mary Lois Alsup Dollar. He and Emogene Hill were married March 3, 1945, in Sikeston.
Dollar was a courier with First Financial Bank of Sikeston, and was a retired self-employed electrical contractor. He was a member of Blodgett Baptist Church.
Survivors include his wife; two sons, David Dollar of Sikeston, Paul Dollar of Bloomfield; two daughters, Saundra James of Sikeston, Susan Tanner of Groton, Conn.; four brothers, Kermit Dollar of Fort Lauderdale, Fla., Robert Dollar of Farmington, Ill., Thomas Dollar of Sikeston, Darryl Dollar of Otis Orchards, Wa.; four sisters, Pauline Russell of Peoria, Ill., Lucille Rosier of Beach Island, S.C., Dorothy McDonald of Phoenix, Ariz., Janice Jones of Cape Girardeau, and nine grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by four brothers.
Friends may call at Nunnelee Funeral Chapel from 5-8 p.m. today.
Funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Thursday at the chapel, with Johnny Hester and the Rev. Lee Fansler officiating. Burial will be in Garden of Memories Cemetery.
