CHAFFEE, Mo. -- Bobby Schrum Sr., 70, of Chaffee passed away on Saturday, Nov. 13, 2021, at his home. He was born on May 29, 1951, in St. Louis son of Ollie Schrum and Irene Sadler Steger. CHAFFEE, Mo. -- Bobby Schrum Sr., 70, of Chaffee passed away on Saturday, Nov. 13, 2021, at his home.
He was born on May 29, 1951, in St. Louis son of Ollie Schrum and Irene Sadler Steger. He and Anita were united in marriage on May 12, 1978.
Bobby worked as a pipefitter until his retirement and was a member of the Masonic Lodge in Chaffee.

Survivors include his wife Anita of the home; children Bobby (Tonya) Schrum of Scott City, Stephen (Shelly) Schrum of Chaffee; siblings, Kenny (LaDawn) Schrum of Chaffee, Tammy (Rick) Schrum of Piedmont, Missouri, Barbara (Rodney) Kirn of Jackson, Tina (John) Swinford of Chaffee, Shawn (Harry) Pope of St. Petersburg, Florida; and six grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his father, Ollie Schrum, mother, Irene Steger, four brothers and two sisters.
A celebration of life will be held from 4 to 7 p.m. on Dec. 11 at the First United Methodist Church in Chaffee.
Liley Funeral Home in Marble Hill, Missouri, was in charge of arrangements.
