BOB L. MOORE

SIKESTON -- Bob L. Moore, 61, of Sikeston, died Tuesday, March 17, 1992, in the emergency room at Missouri Delta Medical Center.

He was born Feb. 17, 1931, in Cape Girardeau, son of Otis O. and Irene Huffman Moore. He and Janet C. Stevens were married June 29, 1956, in Sikeston.

Moore was an appraiser with Missouri State Highway Department in Sikeston 36 years. He was a member of First United Methodist Church and its board, and was a head usher. He served in the U.S. Navy during the Korean War.

Survivors include his wife; a daughter, Jill Hopson of St. Louis; his mother, Irene Lipps of Cape Girardeau; a sister, Wanda Bierschwal of Cape Girardeau, and a stepbrother, Charles Lipps of St. Petersburg, Fla.

Graveside service will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at Memorial Park in Cape Girardeau. The Rev. Charles Buck will officiate.
