CHAFFEE -- Robert "Bob" Kerley, 64, of Chaffee died Monday, Sept. 8, 1997, at his home.
He was born Feb. 3, 1933, at Mesler, son of Ray Elbert and Pearl Simmons Kerley. He was the stepson of Lloyd Etherton. He and Bernadean Arnold were married Aug. 17, 1957.
Kerley was an assembly line worker at the former Superior Electric in Cape Girardeau, retiring in 1982. He was a member of and deacon at First Baptist Church.
Survivors include his wife; three daughters, Janice Martin of Chaffee, Jeanette Stubbs of St. Louis, Roberta Kerley of Jackson; and five grandchildren.
Friends may call at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Chaffee after 4 p.m. today.
Funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at First Baptist Church, with the Revs. Gerald Collier and Kenneth Roberts officiating. Burial will be in Union Park Cemetery.
