BOB JONES

OLIVE BRANCH, Ill. -- Funeral service for Bob Jones of Olive Branch will be held at 1:30 p.m. today at Crain Funeral Home in Tamms. Burial will be in Mt. Zion Cemetery.

Friends may call at the funeral home until time of service.

Jones, 68, died Thursday, April 13, 1994, at his home.

He was born July 26, 1926, in Cape Girardeau, Mo., son of Samuel Leonard and Martha Rodgers Jones. He married Mabel Louise Johnson, who died July 1, 1978.

Jones was a retired trailer mechanic with Wiethop Sales and Service. He was a member of Machinist Local 777, and was a veteran of World War II.

Survivors include two sons, Dan Jones of Festus, Mo., Scot Jones of Thebes, and two grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by a son, two brothers and a sister.
