BLANCH M. DALLAS

ALTO PASS, Ill. -- Blanche M. Dallas, 90, of Murphysboro, Ill., formerly of Alto Pass, Ill., died Sunday, April 24, 1994, at the St. Joseph Memorial Hospital in Murphysboro.

She was born Oct. 1, 1903, at Elco, Ill., daughter of George and Stella Thompson Tanksley.

She married Edward Dallas, July 23, 1921, at Murphysboro. He died April 23, 1980.

Dallas was a member of the Alto Pass Pentecostal Church.

Survivors include three daughters, June Kilpatrick and Catherine Zimmer, both of Murphysboro, Jewell Falkenheim of Columbia; two sisters, Bertie Huffman of Murphysboro, Anna Bell Atherton of Olmstead; seven grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.

Friends may call after 6 p.m. Tuesday at the Lutz an Rendleman Funeral Home in Alto Pass.

Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home,with the Rev. Good officiating.

Burial will follow in the Alto Pass Cemetery.
