ANNA, Ill. -- Billy Gene Shelton, 49, of Anna died Saturday, Dec. 27, 2008, at his home. He was born Jan. 7, 1959, in Anna, son of Robert Charles and Betty Lou Mixen Shelton. ANNA, Ill. -- Billy Gene Shelton, 49, of Anna died Saturday, Dec. 27, 2008, at his home.
He was born Jan. 7, 1959, in Anna, son of Robert Charles and Betty Lou Mixen Shelton.
Shelton was a cook at the Depot Restaurant in Anna.

Survivors include a sister, Shirley Shelton of Anna; three brothers, Robert Shelton Jr. of Las Vegas, Warren and Eric Shelton of Anna.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to service time today at Rendleman and Hileman Funeral Home in Anna.
The funeral will be at 1 p.m. today at the funeral home, with the Rev. Kenneth Mixen officiating. Burial will be in McGinnis Cemetery.
