CAIRO, Ill. -- Billy Hall St. Arbor, 60, of Cairo, died Tuesday, Dec. 6, 1994, at his home.
He was born Sept. 8, 1934, in Bardwell, Ky., son of Toy T. and Jessie Hall St. Arbor.
St. Arbor was a member of John R. Baptist Church in Madison Heights, Mich., and a veteran of the U.S. Army.

Survivors include two sisters, Juette Hicks of Cairo, Sue Mitchell of Madison Heights; two brothers, Marshall and Donald St. Arbor of Bardwell.
He was preceded in death by a sister.
Friends may call at Barkett Funeral Home in Cairo from 5-8 p.m. Thursday.
Funeral service will be at 10:30 a.m. Friday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Old Bardwell Cemetery at Bardwell.
