ANNA, Ill. -- Billy Gene Graves of Anna died Wednesday, Feb. 20, 1991, in Tulsa, Okla. He was 46 years old. He was born Sept. 1, 1944, in Anna, son of John Franklin and Mamie Elizabeth Gibbs Graves. Survivors include two sons, Brian Graves of Michigan, Billy Graves of Anna; mother, Mamie Graves of Anna; four sisters, Gerri Patterson and Janice Murray of Anna, Shirley Penrod of Flint, Mich., Donna Long of Mounds; three brothers, Leon Graves of Tulsa, Vernon Tibbs of Jackson, Mo., and Charles Tibbs of Orville, Ohio.. ...
