BILLY EDWARD KIRK

CHARLESTON -- Billy Edward "Bill" Kirk, 67, of rural Charleston died Friday, Sept. 8, 1995, at Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau.

He was born Sept. 29, 1927, in Advance, son of Edward and Ella Schatte Kirk.

He was a self-employed mechanic and was a member of the United Methodist Church in Charleston.

He married Mary Alice Delk on May 25, 1963. She survives.

Other survivors include a daughter, Mary Ellen Glaspie of Columbia; a sister, Jean Garber of Fort Myers, Fla.; three half-brothers; two half-sisters; and a grandson.

Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. today at the McMikle Funeral Home in Charleston.

Service will be at 11 a.m. Monday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Rick White officiating. Burial will be in I.O.O.F Cemetery.
