ADVANCE -- Billy E. King, 69, of Advance died Friday, Jan. 19, 1996, at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.
She was born May 7, 1926, in Swifton, Ark., to Roy and Goldie LeWellen King.
King married Kathryn Guest on Dec. 17, 1945, in Tuckerman, Ark. She preceded him in death on Oct. 15, 1988.
Survivors include a son, Andrew Edward King of Cary, Ill.; two daughters, Cheryl Crews and Victoria Neumann of Scott City; two brothers, Floyd King of Advance and Gerald King of Tuckerman, Ark.; three half brothers, Wayne King of Pine Bluff, Ark., Everett King of Tuckerman, Ark., and Nathan King of Jonesboro, Ark.; a sister, Lula Dillow of Marine City, Mich.; a half sister, Francis Roland of Tuckerman, Ark.; nine grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by a brother.
King was a retired police officer and a U.S. Army veteran of World War II.
Friends may call at the Morgan Funeral Chapel in Advance Sunday from 5-8 p.m.
Funeral service will be at the funeral chapel Monday at 11 a.m. with the Rev. Terry Eades officiating.
Burial will be in Morgan Memorial Park in Advance.
