Billy W. "Bill" Carnell, 73, of Jackson died Tuesday, March 19, 2019, at Saint Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.

Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday and from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. Friday at McCombs Funeral Home and Cremation Center in Jackson.

Altenthal-Joerns American Legion Post 158 will offer its honor guard service at 10:30 a.m. Friday at the funeral home, immediately followed by the funeral. The Rev. Don Estes will officiate. Burial and military honors will follow at Russell Heights Cemetery in Jackson.
