GLEN ALLEN, Mo. -- Beverly Cutsinger, 74, of Glen Allen passed away Saturday, May 28, 2022, at her home, surrounded by her loving family. She was born June 23, 1947, in Cape Girardeau, the daughter of Clark and Lorene Long Burns. She and Walter C. Cutsinger were married Sept. 3, 1975, and he preceded her in death July 9, 2004...

GLEN ALLEN, Mo. -- Beverly Cutsinger, 74, of Glen Allen passed away Saturday, May 28, 2022, at her home, surrounded by her loving family.

She was born June 23, 1947, in Cape Girardeau, the daughter of Clark and Lorene Long Burns. She and Walter C. Cutsinger were married Sept. 3, 1975, and he preceded her in death July 9, 2004.

Beverly loved her family and the Lord. She was a member of Glen Allen United Methodist Church. She retired from Southeast Missouri State University as the manager of the student receivables office. After retiring, she loved to read, do taxes, sell Avon, play piano, direct the church choir and substitute teach.

Left to cherish her memory are her children, Marsha (Cliff) Lincoln of Scopus, Missouri; Denise (James) Bolin of Oak Ridge; twins, Matthew (Carrie) Cutsinger of Cape Girardeau and Julia Lynne Cutsinger of Glen Allen; 12 grandchildren, Faith, Nathan, Taylor, Kaylie, Mason, Tasha, Caleb, Cody, Jade, Jayna, Marcus and Myah; and 10 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Walter Cutsinger, and her parents.

Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. today and from 9 a.m. until time of service Friday at Liley Funeral Home in Marble Hill, Missouri.

Funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Friday at the funeral home, with Pastor Keyarae Yi and Pastor Bob Upchurch officiating. Burial will follow in the Glen Allen Cemetery.
