PERRYVILLE, Mo. -- Beulah M. "Boots" Koeper, 85, of Perryville died Sunday, April 11, 2004, at her home.
She was born March 17, 1919, at Ste. Genevieve, Mo., daughter of Edward and Ernestine Cissell Walters. She and John Koeper were married Feb. 2, 1942. He died Feb. 1, 1982.
Koeper was a member of the Ladies of Charity, Park Board, Knights of Columbus Auxiliary, Ladies Sodality and St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church.
Survivors include three daughters, Marie McPike of Glen Carbon, Ill., Pat Bordelon of Lake Charles, La., and Sue Young of St. Louis, Mo.; three sons, John and James Koeper, both of St. Louis, and Paul Koeper of Jackson; 21 grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by one daughter and three brothers.
Friends may call from 4 to 9 p.m. Tuesday and from 6:30 to 10:40 a.m. Wednesday at Young and Sons Funeral Home in Perryville. Wake will be at 7 p.m. Tuesday, and the rosary will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday.
Funeral Mass will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church, with the Rev. Bill Thess officiating. Burial will be in Mount Hope Cemetery.
