TAMMS, Ill. -- Beulah Heater Ford, 94, of Tamms died Tuesday, June 6, 2006, at Day Star Care Center in Cairo, Ill.
She was born July 7, 1911, daughter of Jack and Clara Lamburth. She married Norman "Duke" Heater March 9, 1931. He preceded her in death June 15, 1977. She later married Floyd Ford Jan. 10, 1986. He preceded her in death Dec. 29, 2003.
Mrs. Ford was a member of Sandy Creek Baptist Church and Tamms Senior Citizens.
Survivors include a granddaughter, Melinda Bigham of Tamms; a great-grandson, Craig (Amy) Bigham of Tamms; two great-great-grandsons, Nathan and Cayden Bigham of Tamms; two sisters, Dorothy Bigsby and Mary Bell Laird of Flint, Mich.; nieces and nephews including Larry Joe Lamburth of Tamms, Ralph Reno of Paducah, Ky., and Margaret Ann Grace of Villa Ridge, Ill.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husbands; a daughter and son-in-law, Norma Kay and Donald Murphy; brothers and sisters including Henry Lamburth, Ann Labarge, Pearl Sullivan and Jessie Reno; and a special sister-in-law, Anna Mae Irby.
Visitation will be held from 5 to 8 p.m. today at Crain Funeral Home in Tamms.
The funeral will be held at 11 a.m. Friday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Bill Fox officiating. Burial will be in St. John's Cemetery.
