ORAN -- Funeral service for Beulah A. Hatfield of Oran will be at 2 p.m. Monday at the Morley Baptist Church.
The Rev. Jim Matthews will officiate and burial will be in the New Morley Cemetery.
Mrs. Hatfield died Saturday at the Miner Nursing Center. She was 84.
She was born Oct. 14, 1906 at Sikeston, the daughter of John U. and Cora Baker Parker.
On Feb. 10, 1939, she married Russell E. Hatfield at Poplar Bluff. He survives.
She was a retired school teacher, having taught for 40 years at Fairview, Dogwood, and Morley schools. She also was a member of the Morley Baptist Church.
Other survivors include a son, Larry Hatfield of Oran; two daughters, Russell Ann "Rusty" Duke of Sikeston and Barbara Sue Caudle of Oran; two brothers, Donald Parker and Bill Parker, both of Sikeston; a sister, Dema Harrison of Fulton; six grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by three brothers.
Friends may call after 3 p.m. today at the Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Oran and after noon Monday at the Morley Baptist Church.
