ADVANCE -- Beulah A. Gatt, 85, of Advance, died Tuesday, Feb. 23, 1993, at Advance Nursing Care Center.
She was born Feb. 25, 1907, in Stoddard County, daughter of William Elmer and Bertha Elizabeth Mann Strobel. She married Francis McCain, who died March 2, 1944. She later married Anthony Gatt, who died in 1973.
Gatt was a retired licensed practical nurse.
Survivors include a son, James McCain of Gary, Ind.; a daughter, Helen Phillips, Bloomfield Route 1; two brothers, Henry Strobel of Advance, Odus Strobel of Bell City; a sister, Erie Bartalo of Florida; six grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren, and a great-great-granddaughter.
She was preceded in death by a daughter and three sisters.
Funeral service will be at 1:30 p.m. Thursday at Morgan Funeral Chapel. The Rev. Tony Badami will officiate, with burial in Morgan Memorial Park.
Friends may call at the funeral home from 5-9 p.m. today.
