Betty Schilling

CHAFFEE, Mo. -- Betty Lou Schilling, 63, of Chaffee died Friday, Sept. 16, 2016, at the Chaffee Nursing Center in Chaffee.

She was born Dec. 14, 1952, in Perryville, Missouri, to Clarence Harold and Lillie Florence Schattauer Schilling.

She graduated from Carlyle High School in Illinois.

She had worked for Blair Industry in Cape Girardeau.

Betty was a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church in Jackson.

She is survived by her mother, Lillie Florence Schilling of Nashville, Illinois; a sister, Connie Skiles of Odin, Illinois; a nephew, Kasey (Erica) Koenegstein; and two great-nieces, Malerie Harris and Kinley Koenegstein, all of Jackson.

She was preceded in death by her father and a brother-in-law, Johnny Skiles.

There will be a memorial service at a later date in Nashville.
