SEDGEWICKVILLE, Mo. -- Betty Gail Sample, 64, of Sedgewickville passed away Thursday, Nov. 4, 2010, at her home.
She was born Dec. 13, 1945, at Sikeston, Mo. She and David Lee Sample were married March 1, 2010.
Sample was a retired supervisor with AT&T and a member of First Baptist Church of Millersville.

Survivors include her husband, David Lee Sample of Sedgewickville.
Friends may call Saturday from 10:30 a.m. to service time Saturday at Liley Funeral Home in Patton, Mo.
The funeral will be at 1 p.m. Saturday, with the Rev. Daniel Hale officiating. Burial will be in Garden of Memories Cemetery at Sedgewickville.
