Funeral service for Betty Louise Phillips of Cape Girardeau will be held at 1 p.m. Friday at Ford and Sons Mt. Auburn Chapel. The Rev. James Caughlan will officiate, with burial in Pleasant Grove Cemetery at Bloomfield.
Friends may call at the chapel from 4-8 p.m. today.
Phillips, 71, died Tuesday, Dec. 2, 1997, at Southeast Missouri Hospital.
She was born April 14, 1926, at Patton, daughter of Autie and Flossie Limbaugh Seabaugh. She and Dale Phillips were married Aug. 16, 1945, in Seekonk, Mass.
Survivors include her husband; a son, Michael Phillips of Jefferson City; a daughter, Karen Rhyne of Whitewater; three brothers, Cecil Seabaugh of Ballwin, Woodrow Seabaugh of Grass Valley, Calif., Danny Seabaugh of Columbia; a sister, Maxine Schade of Costa Mesa, Calif.; six grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother.
