DEXTER, Mo. -- Betty McBride, 71, of Dexter, formerly of Cape Girardeau, died Monday, Feb. 21, 2005, at Beverly Health and Rehabilitation Center in Dexter.
She was born Oct. 26, 1933, in Paragould, Ark., daughter of William D. and Geneva Glasgow Walker.
McBride was a former secretary at Sides Construction and a member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Cape Girardeau.
Survivors include a daughter, Teresa Totten of Milwaukie, Ore.; two brothers, Jerald Walker of Crown Point, Ind., Allen Walker of Dexter; two sisters, Sue Isaccs of St. Louis, Carolyn Dube of Columbia, Mo.; six grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Friends may call at Rainey-Mathis Funeral Home in Dexter from 10 a.m. to service time Wednesday.
The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Wendy Downing officiating. Burial will be in Hagy Cemetery.
