BETTY JO BAILEY

ANNA, Ill. -- Betty Jo Bailey, 49, of Anna died Friday, Dec. 29, 1995, at Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau.

She was born Jan. 30, 1946, to Leland and Afton Treece Whitaker in Union County, Ill.

She married Jimmy Bailey on June 26, 1970, in Anna. He survives.

Other survivors include two sons, Mike Bailey and Duane Bailey, both of Anna, and a brother, Robert Whitaker of Dongola.

She was preceded in death by a brother.

Bailey was a homemaker and a member of the First Baptist Church of Anna.

Friends may call at Hileman & Parr Funeral Home from 5 to 9 p.m. today.

Funeral service will be at the funeral home at 1 p.m. Monday, with the Rev. Larry Shacklee officiating.

Burial will be in Kelley Cemetery.
