ADVANCE, Mo. -- Betty Birkman, 77, of Advance died Monday, Feb. 4, 2008, at the Lutheran Home in Cape Girardeau.

She was born April 10, 1930, in Bollinger County, Mo., daughter of George O. and Zula Markham Revelle.

Birkman was a member of Whitewater Order of Eastern Star.

Survivors include two sons, David Birkman of Cedar, Minn., William C. Birkman of Advance; a daughter, Debra Birkman of Gordonville; a brother, Jimmy Revelle of Advance; two sisters, Jean Landrum of Sarasota, Fla., Hazel Garipey of Fort Myers, Fla.; six grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by six brothers and three sisters.

Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to service time Saturday at Morgan Funeral Home.

The funeral will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Brad Moore officiating. Burial will be in Morgan Memorial Park.
