PERRYVILLE, Mo. -- Bettie L. Shreeman, 78, of Perryville died Sunday, Oct. 7, 2007, at Saint Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau. She was born June 6, 1929, in Poinsett County, Ark., daughter of Thomas D. and Flossie Ruhman Perry. She and John F. Shreeman were married in May 1948. He died Aug. 9, 1991...

PERRYVILLE, Mo. -- Bettie L. Shreeman, 78, of Perryville died Sunday, Oct. 7, 2007, at Saint Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.

She was born June 6, 1929, in Poinsett County, Ark., daughter of Thomas D. and Flossie Ruhman Perry. She and John F. Shreeman were married in May 1948. He died Aug. 9, 1991.

Survivors include a son, Dale Shreeman of Belleville, Ill.; a daughter, Linda Decker of Nashville, Ill.; a brother, Albrey Perry of Brownsville, Tenn.; and three grandsons.

She was preceded in death by her parents, three sons and three sisters.

Service is private.

Young and Sons Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
