PERRYVILLE -- Bessie Rose LaHomme, 88, of Perryville, died Sunday, Sept. 5, 1993, at St. Joseph Hospital in Kirkwood, Mo.
She was born July 11, 1905, at Perry County, daughter of Thomas and Elizabeth Moonier DeClue.
She married Leo J. LaHomme, Aug. 3, 1929. He died April 5, 1954.
LaHomme was the owner and operator of the LaHomme Furniture Store in Perryville.
She was a member of the St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church of Perryville, the VFW Auxiliary and the Ladies Sodality.
Survivors include a son, Leo J. LaHomme of San Antonio, Texas; three daughters, Flora Duvall of Fenton, Mo., Leona Bohnert of Golden Valley, Minn., Judith Long of St. Louis; a sister, Virginia McClure of Perryville; 18 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
Friends may call from 6:30-9:45 a.m. today at the Young and Sons Funeral Chapel in Perryville.
Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. today at the St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church in Perryville, with the Rev. Kenneth Grass officiating.
Burial will follow at Mt. Hope Cemetery.
