Bessie M. Lattin, 95, of Cape Girardeau died Wednesday, Nov. 7, 2012, at Heartland Care and Rehab.

She was born Sept. 24, 1917, in Hazel, Ark., to Iresal and Francis Smith Porter.

Survivors include a brother, Cletus "I.C." Porter of Springfield, Ill.; nieces, nephews and other relatives.

Visitation will be from 1 p.m. until time of service Saturday at Crain Funeral Home in Cape Girardeau.

The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Chris Clifton officiating. Burial will be in Fairmount Cemetery in Cape Girardeau.
