ANNA, Ill. -- Bertha Mae Sandlin, 81, of Cuba City, Wis., formerly of Anna, died Tuesday, March 10, 1992, at Finley Hospital in Dubuque, Iowa.

She was born July 10, 1910, in Union County, daughter of John and Martha Lasley Manus. She married Earnest O. Sandlin March 19, 1938, at Sikeston, Mo.

Sandlin was a retired employee with the state of Illinois.

Survivors include her husband; a son, Troy Sandlin of Benton, Wis.; a daughter, Martha Bollinger of Marble Hill, Mo.; a sister, Vesta Manus of Jonesboro; a brother, Lester Manus of Jonesboro; eight grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren.

Funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Lutz and Rendleman Funeral Home in Anna. The Rev. John Gearing will officiate, with burial in Anna Cemetery.

Friends may call at the funeral home after 6 p.m. today.
