BERTHA M. MASON

Bertha M. Mason, 90, of Cape Girardeau, died Wednesday, Oct. 23, 1991, at Cape Girardeau Nursing Center.

She was born May 4, 1901, in Oden, Ind., daughter of J.F. and Minnie Rosenberry Winkleplack. On Feb. 26, 1932, she married Clarence Mason, who preceded her in death July 15, 1956.

She had lived in Cape Girardeau since 1923, and was a member of Southside Baptist Church.

Survivors include a son, Edward McDaniel of Cape Girardeau; a daughter, Lottie Doll of Chaffee; seven grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren.

Two sons and a daughter preceded her in death.

Funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Friday at Ford and Sons Mt. Auburn Chapel. The Rev. Joe McCullough will officiate, with burial in Memorial Park.

Friends may call Friday at the funeral home from 10 a.m. until time of service.
