CHARLESTON -- Bertha Lampd Robert Lampkin, who also preceded her in death.
Lampkin had lived in Missouri since 1940. She was a retired cook, and member of Shiloh Baptist Church.
Survivors include five sons, Robert Lampkin of Victorville, Calif., Terry Lampkin of Grafton, Ohio, Gilbert Lampkin of Carbondale, Ill., Roy Lampkin of Milwaukee, Wis., David Lampkin of Oakland, Calif.; four daughters, Janice Lampkin of Chicago, Bertha Lampkin of San Francisco, Calif., Patricia Lampkin and Shelia Randle of Charleston.
Also surviving are three sisters, Laura Jackson and Maggie Stevenson of Indianapolis, Ind., Lavern Bell of El Paso, Texas; a brother, Sammey Moore of Indianapolis; 36 grandchildren; and 26 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by three sons, a daughter, a sister, and a granddaughter.
Friends may call at Sparks Funeral Home from 7-8 p.m. Friday.
Funeral will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at Bowden Civic Center. The Revs. Wiley Reed and Jeffrey Thomas will officiate. Burial will be in Oak Grove Cemetery.
