ADVANCE, Mo. -- Funeral Mass for Bernice Georger of Advance will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday at St. John's Catholic Church in Leopold, Mo. The Revs. Frederick Lutz and Lewis Hejna will officiate. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
Friends may call at Morgan Funeral Home from 4-8 p.m. today. Parish prayers will be at 7, and Knights of Columbus rosary will be recited at 7:30.
Georger, 46, died Saturday, March 10, 2001, at her home.
She was born Aug. 28, 1954, at Leopold, daughter of August J. and Eileen Elfrink Trankle. She and Elmer Georger were married July 17, 1976, at Leopold.
Georger worked on the family farm. She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Advance and its Parish Council of Catholic Women. She was a 1972 graduate of Leopold High School.
Survivors include her husband; two sons, Michael and Eric Georger of Advance; two daughters, Amy and Lisa Georger of Advance; three brothers, Glen Trankle of Leopold, Daniel Trankle of Kamiah, Idaho, Roger Trankle of Jackson; four sisters, Linda Voss and Margie Siebenaler of St. Louis, Evelyn Willie of Jackson, and Bonnie Houge of Bartlesville, Okla.
She was preceded in death by a brother.
