PERRYVILLE -- Bernice M. Fricke, 90, formerly of Perryville, died Sunday, Oct. 11, 1998, at Manor Care Camino Vista Nursing Center in Albuquerque, N.M.
She was born Nov. 11, 1907, in Perry County, daughter of Ben and Frances Buchheit Leible. She and Theodore F. Fricke were married Jan. 10, 1939, at Perryville. He died in December 1987.
Fricke was a member of St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church, Ladies of Charity, Knights of Columbus Auxiliary, and past president of Western Catholic Union.
Survivors include a daughter, Barbara Fricke of Albuquerque; a son, John Fricke of Houston, Texas; three grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by two sisters and a brother.
Friends may call at Miller Family Funeral Home from 4-9 p.m. Wednesday, and Thursday from 6:30-9:50 a.m. The parish wake will be at 6 p.m. Wednesday, and the rosary will be recited at 9 a.m. Thursday.
Funeral Mass will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at St. Vincent's Church. The Rev. Kevin P. Fausz will officiate, with burial in Mt. Hope Cemetery.
