Benjamin "Benji" Kyle Hahs, 44, of Jackson went home to be with Jesus on Thursday, April 6, 2023, at Barnes- Jewish Hospital in St. Louis, surrounded by his loving family.

He was born Sept. 25, 1978, in Cape Girardeau to Randy Hahs and Earlene Cox Hahs-Gill.

He was an avid St. Louis Cardinals fan and country music lover. He loved nature, traveling, gardening, grilling and making hot sauces. Benji and his twin brother had an unbreakable bond that included breaking rules, jumping in creeks and going to concerts. More than anything, he enjoyed spending time with his son, Hayden. He was the most loving, kind and giving person there ever was.

He attended Connection Point Church in Jackson.
