MARBLE HILL -- Benjamin Harold "Bennie" Norris, 51, of Marble Hill died Monday, June 14, 1999, at Southeast Missouri Hospital.
He was born March 17, 1948, in Polo to Lester and Naomi Groves Norris. He married Martha Chandler on Oct. 30, 1971. She survives.
He was employed by the Lee Rowan Company in Jackson and was a member of the First Baptist Church in Marble Hill.
Also surviving are a daughter, Jody Albert of Carrollton; two brothers, Glynn Norris of Brunswick and Hysel Norris of Independence; two sisters, Helen Domann and Wilma Chandler, both of Independence; and two grandsons.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Visitation will be from 5-8 p.m. today at the McMikle Funeral home in Charleston.
Funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home with the Rev. Bill Summers officiating. Burial will be at Oak Grove Cemetery.
