SIKESTON -- Ben St. Onge, 92, of Sikeston, died Friday, Sept. 9, 1994, at Missouri Delta Medical Center.
He was born Oct. 25, 1901, at Gumbo, son of Charles and Frances Paubel St. Onge. He and Ollie Mundy were married June 22, 1930.
St. Onge was previously owner/operator of Ben's Auto Repair. He was a member of Musicians Local 2-197, Masonic Lodge 416, Moolah Temple, and Scottish Rite.
Survivors include his wife; a son, George St. Onge of Sikeston; a daughter, Jane Johnson of Hazelwood; two sisters, Cornelia Carson of Pocahontas, Ill., Elnora Heumann of Washington, Mo.; seven grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by a son.
Friends may call at Ponder Funeral Home in Sikeston from 5-7 p.m. today, and at White-Mullen Funeral Home in St. Louis from 5-8 p.m. Sunday.
Funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Monday at White-Mullen Chapel, with the Rev. Dale Merritt officiating. Burial will be in Valhalla Cemetery.
