TAMMS, Ill. -- Beulah McDaniel Miller, 89, of Banner Elk, N.C., and formerly of Tamms, died Thursday, April 21, 1994, at a Banner Elk hospital.

She was born Sept. 3, 1904, near Tamms, the daughter of Engsol and Nellie McDaniel. She was preceded in death by her husband, John Miller, and a son.

Survivors include a daughter, Delores Couderezille of Banner Elk, N.C.; a son, Leslie Miller of Banner Elk; a sister, Mary Brown of Granite City; and three grandchildren.

Funeral service was held Sunday at the Hampton Funeral Home in Boone, N.C., with burial in the Boone cemetery. Jones Funeral Home of Tamms handled the local arrangements.
