Beatrice "Bea" Perrin, 93, of Jackson passed away Monday, June 11, 2007, at Saint Francis Medical Center in Cape Gir­ar­deau.
She was born June 20, 1913, in St. Louis, daughter of the late George Riemann Sr. and Frieda Korneski Riemann. She and Andrew "Andy" Perrin were married May 23, 1942, in St. Louis.
Bea and Andy moved to Jackson from St. Louis in 1951. She worked at the former Lenco Manufacturing Co. in Jackson from 1958 to 1976, retiring as a plastics supervisor. She was a volunteer for Saint Francis Medical Center from 1979 to 2007.
Bea was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Jackson, taught Sunday school 27 years, and was a member and past president of St. Ann's Sodality.
Loving survivors include her husband of 65 years; a brother and sister-in-law, George and Adele Riemann of St. Louis; a number of nephews; special friends, Rick and Connie Griswold and their children, Heather (Jeff) Slinkard, and Heidi (Toby) Crowden, all of Jackson, and Madalen Tiffany of Jackson.
She was preceded in death by her stepmother, Anna Heitz Riemann, and a half brother, George Riemann Jr.
Friends may call Wednesday from 4 to 8 p.m. at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Jackson, with parish prayers at 7 p.m., followed by the rosary.
Funeral Mass will be Thursday at 10 a.m. at the church, with Monsignor Edward Eftink and the Rev. Dave Hulshof officiating. Interment will follow in Russell Heights Cemetery in Jackson.
