DEXTER, Mo. -- Beatrice Hagy, 76, of Dexter died Thursday, Jan. 17, 2002, at Three Rivers Healthcare South Campus in Poplar Bluff, Mo.
She was born Feb. 16, 1925, at Poplar Bluff, daughter of Ernest and Nancy Jones Scott.
She lived at Dudley, Mo., many years before moving to Dexter three years ago. She attended the Church of God in Dudley.
She and John Hagy were married May 11, 1943, at Poplar Bluff.
Survivors include three sons, John Hagy Jr. of Dexter; Earl Hagy of Bel-Ridge, Mo., and James Hagy of Titusville, Fla.; nine daughters, Nellie Runyon of Olney, Ill., Juanita Willoughby of Quapaw, Okla., Vida Scott of Dudley, Carolyn Fielder of Benton, Mo., Doris Price, Cora Magarian, Sandra Bayless, Claudia Scott and Wanda Drews, all of Dexter; 32 grandchildren; 54 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by three sons, four grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
Friends may call from 5-8 p.m. today at Watkins & Sons Chapel in Dexter.
Funeral will be at 2:30 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home, with the Revs. Kent Miller and Jerry Metcalf officiating. Burial will be in Hagy Cemetery at Dexter.
