DEXTER, Mo. -- Beatrice DeJournett, 93, of Fenton, Mich., died Thursday, Sept. 7, 2000, at Crestmont Nursing Home in Fenton. She was born Sept. 3, 1907, at Flat River, Mo., daughter of Isaac M. and Laura Razor Woolem. She and Luther DeJournett were married May 27, 1925. He died April 11, 1977...

DEXTER, Mo. -- Beatrice DeJournett, 93, of Fenton, Mich., died Thursday, Sept. 7, 2000, at Crestmont Nursing Home in Fenton.

She was born Sept. 3, 1907, at Flat River, Mo., daughter of Isaac M. and Laura Razor Woolem. She and Luther DeJournett were married May 27, 1925. He died April 11, 1977.

DeJournett moved to Fenton three years ago from Dexter.

Survivors include two sons, Billie DeJournett of Fenton, Luther DeJournett of Norfolk, Va.; a grandchild; and two great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by two brothers and two sisters.

Friends may call at Watkins and Sons Funeral Home in Dexter from 5-8 p.m. Sunday.

Funeral will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday at the funeral home. The Rev. Clifford Wray will officiate. Burial will be in Bernie Cemetery at Bernie, Mo.
