B.B. Linhart, 90, of Cape Girardeau died Saturday, June 9, 2001, at Southeast Missouri Hospital. He was born Sept. 4, 1910, at Little Rock, Ark., son of Bevly Burton and Nora Fisher Linhart. B.B. Linhart, 90, of Cape Girardeau died Saturday, June 9, 2001, at Southeast Missouri Hospital.

He was born Sept. 4, 1910, at Little Rock, Ark., son of Bevly Burton and Nora Fisher Linhart. He and Mary Elizabeth Fowler were married. She died March 18, 1958. He and Pearline Mae Davis were married in 1970 in East Prairie, Mo.

He was a farmer and a member of Church of Chirst in Cardwell, Mo.

Survivors include his wife; seven sons, Norvel and Ernest Linhart of East Prairie, Charles Linhart of Anderson, Ky., Jerry Linhart of Cape Girardeau, Edward and Danny Linhart of Granite City, Ill., and Alvin Linhart of Collinsville, Ill.; four daughters, Edna Hendrix of Jackson, Mo., Kathy Hannah and Chryl Carter of Cape Girardeau, and Anita Ackinson of Collinsville; two stepsons, David Hannah of Cape Girardeau and Rocky Hannah of Marble Hill, Mo.; four stepdaughters, Carolyn Linhart, Ruby Bierschwal and Kathy Fowler, all of Cape Girardeau, and Pamela Rouri of Marble Hill; a brother, Ed Linhart of Sunnydale, Calif.; a sister, Edna Powell of Fayetteville, Ark.; 88 grandchildren; and 103 great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by two daughters, a stepson, three brothers and three sisters.

Friends may call at Ford & Sons Sprigg Street Funeral Home from 4-8 p.m. Monday.

Funeral will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. The Revs. Charles Linhart and Edward Linhart will officiate, with burial in East Prairie Memorial Park.
