Barry Davis

Barry Steven Davis was called to Heaven on Nov. 30, 2020, in Sikeston, Missouri at the age of 68 years.

He was born Sept. 23, 1952, to Harold Martel and Virginia Lee Smith Davis in Cape Girardeau.

For nearly the past 50 years, Barry resided at the Westfield Nursing Center in Sikeston, where he received diligent, loving and compassionate care.

Barry is survived by his mother, Virginia Davis, of Cape Girardeau; one sister and brother-in-law, Donna and Bob Komorech of Cape Girardeau; one brother and sister-in-law, Rodney and Debbie Davis of Cape Girardeau; many nieces and nephews, as well as other relatives.

Barry was preceded in death by his father, Harold Davis.

A memorial service for Barry will be held at 2 p.m. Monday at First Baptist Church, Cape Girardeau. The family requests that those who attend maintain social distancing and masks will be available.

In lieu of flowers for Barry, donations may be made to Gideon's International.

Ford and Sons Funeral is in charge of arrangements.
