CHAFFEE, Mo. -- Barbara "Barbi" Austin, 52, of Chaffee passed away Tuesday, Oct. 27, 2015, at the family home in Chaffee.
She was born April 22, 1963, in St. Louis to Jerry Isaac and Linda Marie Steger Davis. She married Anthony "Moose" Austin on June 11, 1988, and he survives.
Barbi was an assistant manager at Burger King in Cape Girardeau. She was a member of Broadway United Methodist Church in Scott City.

Survivors include her husband, Anthony "Moose" Austin of the home; her mother, Linda Steger Davis of Scott City; a son, John (Jenny) Austin of Scott City; a daughter, Allyson (Chris) Asmus of Oran, Missouri; and two grandchildren, Ava and Ella Asmus of Oran.
She was preceded in death by her father, Jerry Davis.
Funeral services were Thursday at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Chaffee, with the Rev. Michael Woods officiating.
