JACKSON -- Barbara McNeely, 78, formerly of Jackson, died Tuesday, June 16, 1992, at Durham County Hospital in North Carolina. She was born on Dec. 31, 1913 in Wilson, Kan. She married Raymond McNeely of Jackson. He died in 1976. She worked in the Cape Girardeau County Recorder's office for years. JACKSON -- Barbara McNeely, 78, formerly of Jackson, died Tuesday, June 16, 1992, at Durham County Hospital in North Carolina.

She was born on Dec. 31, 1913 in Wilson, Kan.

She married Raymond McNeely of Jackson. He died in 1976.

She worked in the Cape Girardeau County Recorder's office for years. She was a member of the New McKendree United Methodist Church in Jackson.

Survivors include one son, John McNeely of Mustang, Okla.; one daughter, Martha Bollinger of Durham; a sister, Betty McArthur; and five grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday at New McKendree United Methodist Church with the Rev. Nancy Woods officiating.
