BARBARA J. FOSTER

Barbara J. Myers Foster, 57, of O'Fallon and formerly of East Prairie died Thursday, March 11, 1999, at the St. Joseph Health Center in St. Charles.

She was born Oct. 23, 1941, at East Prairie, daughter of Joe and Kathleen Couch Myers. She married Jerry Foster.

She had lived in O'Fallon for several years and was employed as a custodian for the Fort Zumwalt North Middle School in O'Fallon for the past 15 years.

She is survived by her mother and her husband; four daughters, Sharon Benton, Jacque Jarolimek, Jeanne Rosemann and Stephanie Foster, all of O'Fallon; a brother, Gary Myers of Kennett; seven sisters, Shirley Chance and Vickie Sanders, both of East Prairie, Joetta Blumenberg of Wright City, Betty Mitchell and Marie Smith, both of Centralia, Ill., Penny Houston and Rita Coleman, both of Moscow Mills, Mo.; and eight grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her father and two brothers.

Graveside services will be held at 3 p.m. today at the Dogwood Cemetery near East Prairie.

Shelby Funeral Home of East Prairie is in charge of arrangements.
