COBDEN, Ill. -- Barbara Ellen Brewer, 66, of Makanda, Ill., died at her home Friday, March 23, 2001. She was born Nov. 9, 1934, at Makanda, daughter of Rollie and Celia Sprouse Wright. She is survived by three sons, Michael Brewer, Richard P. Brewer and Danny Brewer, all of Makanda; two daughters, Vicki Sue Baggett and Candice Clover, both of Makanda; a brother, Frank Wright of Herrin, Ill.; six grandchildren and one grandchild...

COBDEN, Ill. -- Barbara Ellen Brewer, 66, of Makanda, Ill., died at her home Friday, March 23, 2001.

She was born Nov. 9, 1934, at Makanda, daughter of Rollie and Celia Sprouse Wright.

She is survived by three sons, Michael Brewer, Richard P. Brewer and Danny Brewer, all of Makanda; two daughters, Vicki Sue Baggett and Candice Clover, both of Makanda; a brother, Frank Wright of Herrin, Ill.; six grandchildren and one grandchild.

She was preceded in death by three brothers.

Funeral service will be at 3:30 p.m. today at Lutz & Rendleman Funeral Home in Cobden with the Rev. Dennis Nance officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery at Makanda.

Friends may call at the funeral home today from 2 p.m. until the service.
