August Schott, 97, of Jackson passed away Friday, Sept. 11, 1015, at Jackson Manor Nursing Home. Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. Monday at McCombs Funeral Home and Cremation Center in Jackson. Altenthal-Joerns American Legion Post 158 will present an honor guard service at 6:30 p.m. Monday, immediately followed with parish prayers...

Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. Monday at McCombs Funeral Home and Cremation Center in Jackson. Altenthal-Joerns American Legion Post 158 will present an honor guard service at 6:30 p.m. Monday, immediately followed with parish prayers.

A funeral Mass will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Jackson, with Rev. John Harth officiating. Interment will be in St. Maurus Cemetery in Biehle, Missouri, with full military honors.
