SIKESTON, Mo. -- Mamie Aslee Haynes, 73, of Sikeston died Tuesday, Dec. 9, 2003, at Missouri Delta Medical Center.

She was born Sept. 8, 1930, in Eldridge, Tenn., daughter of James Aubrey and Rosie Priester Fowler. She married Wayne Haynes, who died in 1969.

Survivors include a daughter, Barbara McMillen of Parma, Mo.; two sisters, Lois Fowler of Sikeston, Lucy Fish of Arizona; three grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a son and a brother.

Friends may call at Nunnelee Funeral Chapel from 10 to 11 a.m. today.

The funeral will be at 11 a.m. today at the chapel, with Ira Sandefer officiating. Burial will be in East Prairie Memorial Park Cemetery.
