PERRYVILLE -- Arthur H. Lohmann, 87, of Perryville, died Saturday, July 20, 1996, at the Lutheran Home in Cape Girardeau.
He was born on March 30, 1909, in Perry County, son of the late Henry J. and Lena Detjen Lohmann.
He was a retired farmer, member of the Zion Lutheran Church and Zion Men's Club of Crosstown. He married Emma Bangert on April 17, 1938, and she preceded him in death on March 3, 1985.
He is survived by a son, Paul Lohmann, of St. Charles; two daughters, Lawanna Moore, of Sikeston, and Joann Zoellner, of Perryville; two brothers, Edmund and Rudy Lohmann, both of Perryville; three sisters, Emma Oswald and Alida Villhard, both of Perryville, and Wilma Mueller, of Farrar; seven grandchildren, two step-grandchildren and seven stepgreat-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, wife and one sister.
Friends may visit from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. Tuesday, and 6:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. Wednesday, at Young and Sons Chapel in Perryville. Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. the Zion Lutheran Church in Crosstown with Rev. Robert Schneider officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
