Arthur Clyde Davis Jr., 57, of Scott City died Wednesday, May 28, 2008, at Chaffee Nursing Center in Chaffee, Mo.
He was born Dec. 28, 1950, at Sikeston, Mo., son of Arthur Clyde and Audie Marie Graves Davis Sr.
Davis was a retired carpenter.
He was a veteran of the U.S. Army.
Survivors include his mother of Scott City; a brother, Ronnie Davis of Bogue Chitto, Miss.; three sisters, Katherine Surface of Bogue Chitto, Barbara Wright of Morley, Mo., and Carla Hanks of Oran, Mo.
Friends may call from 10 to 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Scott City.
A graveside service will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Lightner Cemetery in Scott City, with the Rev. Ken Strong officiating. Full military rites will be provided by Missouri Honor Guard.
