CAIRO - Armon K. Brown, Jr., 58 of Cairo, died Saturday Jan. 30, 1993 at Southeast Hospital in Cape Girardeau. He was born Jan. 15, 1935 in Cairo, the son of Armon and Eva Richardson Brown. He was a member of the St. Patricks Catholic Church in Cairo, Cairo Elks Lodge No. 651, and the Cairo Knights of Columbus Council No. 1027. He was employed by Service Master Industries in Cairo...

CAIRO - Armon K. Brown, Jr., 58 of Cairo, died Saturday Jan. 30, 1993 at Southeast Hospital in Cape Girardeau. He was born Jan. 15, 1935 in Cairo, the son of Armon and Eva Richardson Brown.

He was a member of the St. Patricks Catholic Church in Cairo, Cairo Elks Lodge No. 651, and the Cairo Knights of Columbus Council No. 1027. He was employed by Service Master Industries in Cairo.

Survivors include his wife, Andrea Brown of Cairo, and a sister, Sandra Gilless of Memphis, Tenn.

Friends may call after 5 p.m. today at the Barkett Funeral Home in Mounds. A funeral mass will be held at 10 a.m. Monday at St. Marys Catholic Church in Mound City, with Rev. Fr. Bill McGhee officiating.

Burial will follow in the church cemetery in Mounds.
