Arlo John Massa, 80, of Stockton, Mo., died Thursday, April 3, 2003, in Odessa, Texas.
He was born Aug. 25, 1922, at Lutesville, Mo., son of Albert John and Gladys Bates Massa.
Massa worked at Rickenbaum Cadillac of Denver, Colo., many years. He later operated Massa Glass Inc. in the Denver area with a brother and nephew. He retired in 1987 and he and his wife moved to the Stockton area in 1989. He was a charter member of New Hope Baptist Church.
Massa was a pilot with the U.S. Navy during World War II.
Survivors include his wife, Anna Louise; a son, John Massa of Lamar, Mo.; two daughters, Jeanne Squalia of Corpus Christi, Texas, Sherry Reed of Buchanan, Tenn.; two stepsons, Joseph Devlin IV and Eric Devlin of Denver; a sister, Dolly Dambach of Jackson; a brother, Lynn Massa of Denver; seven grandchildren; and 18 great-grandchildren.
A memorial service was held April 11 at Brumbach Funeral Home in Stockton.
